Orders are processed during our business hours:

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Transit Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery transit time is:

Minimum Transit Time: 2 business days
Maximum Transit Time: 3 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time from the date your order is placed is:

3–5 business days

This estimated timeframe includes both order processing and delivery transit time.

Please note that all delivery estimates are based on business days and exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Cost

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders.

There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

Shipping Area

At this time, Grillhaus ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.

We currently do not offer international shipping.
